Getting alerts when there are problems with SpatialOS clusters

If you use OpsGenie with your game in production, you can subscribe to receive alerts if a SpatialOS cluster has a problem.


  • You have admin rights on your OpsGenie team. You’ll need this in order to create a new integration.

1. Create an integration on OpsGenie

  1. Go to the Integrations section of your OpsGenie admin page:

  2. Open the Add New Integrations tab, and choose

  3. In the instructions section of the setup page, take note of this URL(you’ll need it for

    Copy URL

  4. Assign your new integration to the appropriate team, and click Save Integration:

2. Subscribe to updates

  1. Go to the SpatialOS page and click Subscribe:

  2. Choose the Webhook option and enter your OpsGenie URL and email address:

  3. Click Subscribe - you will receive an email with an activation link. Follow the link to open this configuration page:

  4. Choose the clusters you want to be notified about. This will probably be:

    • the platform clusters
    • the prod clusters for the region in which your game is running
  5. Click Save Subscription.

You’ve finished! You’ll now get an OpsGenie notification if there’s a problem with the clusters you chose.
