Our engineers provide free technical support via our forums and our Discord channels.

Which one you should use depends on the kind of problem you’re experiencing.


Post on the forums if you want to:

  • get help on complex questions that might involve providing error messages and logs
  • talk to our engineers and tech teams and get detailed help within three days
  • share feedback and suggestions about SpatialOS
  • become a part of an active and supportive community
  • stay up to date on the latest news and all SpatialOS software updates


Post on Discord if you want to:

  • get quick answers and light support from our engineers and tech teams
  • share feedback, thoughts and suggestions on SpatialOS
  • join in the conversation with fellow developers
  • become a part of an active and supportive community

Our service-level objectives (SLOs)

We will do our best to provide the following baseline support level to all SpatialOS users:

  • platform uptime of 99.9%
  • a response time of three working days to answer forum questions

Note that these SLOs are different from the service-level agreement (SLA) for users on the paid tier.
